Job Description: The Network Operations Center Engineer will be responsible for creating and managing proactive monitoring and maintenance of internal and client-facing systems to ensure high levels of availability and security. Also responsible for procurement, installation, support and administration of desktop computers, servers and networks. Responsibilities are listed but not limited to the following:

Functional Responsibility:
● Creates and manages all levels of internal and client-facing monitoring.
● Creates, manages, and monitors all levels of internal and client-facing scripting and automation.
● Creates and manages all levels of client technology reporting.
● Suggests, evaluates, and implements applications that help improve staff and client efficiency.
● Provides intermediate to advanced level computer systems and/or network administrative support services.
● Enterprise management of a PC environment, as well as mobile device installations/support including Blackberry, Android, and iPhone. Evaluates and installs patches and resolves software related problems.
● Monitors and performs server system backups and recovery.
● Understands and works within the policies and procedures established by an organization for systems administration.
● Initiates and implements improvements in all areas of IT responsibility.
● Responds/acts in upper-management direction.
● Identifies and provides standards for gathering information for use in trend analysis and reports information to company management
Experience Required:
● ConnectWise Automate
● PowerShell scripting
● Backup and Disaster Recovery
● Windows Desktop OS support and troubleshooting
● Windows Server OS configuration and support
● Network configuration and troubleshooting
● Enterprise management of a PC environment, as well as mobile device
