We work with franchise owners, PE-backed platform operators, and aggressive single-unit businesses across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, roofing, garage door, and pest control.
The Role
We are looking for a sales rep who knows the home services world and wants to help franchise owners grow their businesses. You will own the full sales cycle: sourcing opportunities from our CRM and outbound channels, running consultative discovery calls, sending proposals, and closing deals. This is not a cold-start role. We have a loaded CRM, automated outbound sequences, a proven sales framework, and a product that sells at $0.02 per contact. What we need is someone who picks up the phone, builds relationships, and gets to yes.
You will report to the founder and work closely with our sales advisor, operations lead, and marketing team. The infrastructure is built. The playbook is ready. We need the person who runs the play.
What You Will Do:
- Own the pipeline. Work 1,500 qualified contacts in our CRM, follow up on warm responses from automated outbound, and generate new opportunities through LinkedIn and referral outreach.
- Run discovery calls. Use our consultative sales framework to uncover where prospects are today, where they want to be, and what is blocking them. Diagnose before you prescribe.
- Close deals. Move prospects from discovery to proposal to signed contract. Our quick-start process gets clients live in three business days, month-to-month, no long-term lock-in.
- Manage your CRM. GHL is our system of record. Every contact, every note, every next step lives there. Updated same day, every day.
- Hit your number. You will have weekly activity targets (100 outreach touches per week) and a monthly revenue quota. You are accountable to both.
- Collaborate with the team. Participate in weekly sales syncs, pipeline reviews, and one-on-one coaching sessions. Share what you are learning from the market so we keep getting better.
What We Are Looking For:
- Home services or franchise industry experience. You have worked in, sold to, or operated within the home services franchise ecosystem. You know the difference between a franchisee and a franchisor, and you understand why the quiet phone is every owner’s worst nightmare.
- Proven sales track record. You have carried a quota, closed B2B deals, and can point to results. You know how to choreograph a consultative sales conversation, not just pitch features.
- Comfortable with outbound. You will pick up the phone, send the follow-up, work your LinkedIn, and ask for the meeting. You do not wait for leads to come to you.
- Money motivated. You want to earn commission. You see a pipeline and think "opportunity," not "obligation."
- CRM discipline. If it is not in the CRM, it did not happen. You have worked in a CRM before and you treat it as your operating system, not a chore.
- Relationship builder. Our ICP buys from people they trust. You know how to build trust quickly, especially with skeptical operators who have been burned by vendors before.
Even Better If You Have:
- Existing relationships within Neighborly, Authority Brands, or PE-backed franchise platforms.
- Experience on the franchise owner/operator side (you have "sat in the seat").
- Familiarity with digital marketing concepts (PPC, LSA, email marketing, lead generation).
- Experience selling to franchise owners, GMs, or PE operating partners.
- Comfort with GHL (GoHighLevel), SmartLead, or similar sales/marketing platforms.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Base salary: Depending on experience.
- Commission: Percentage of closed deal revenue, paid monthly.
