About the Opportunity

Solvara Solutions is currently hiring an Entry-Level Campaign Specialist to join our growing team in Houston, TX.

This position is ideal for motivated individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in customer engagement, sales, marketing, lead generation, and campaign management. Campaign Specialists work directly with customers while supporting the day-to-day execution of client campaigns and helping create positive customer experiences.

No extensive industry experience is required. We provide hands-on training and ongoing development for individuals interested in growing into leadership and management opportunities.

What You'll Do

• Engage directly with customers to build relationships and identify potential opportunities
• Generate leads and support customer acquisition efforts
• Educate customers on client products, services, and current promotions
• Assist with the daily execution of sales and marketing campaigns
• Participate in ongoing product, sales, and professional development training
• Work alongside team members and management to achieve campaign goals
• Track customer interactions, sales activity, and campaign performance
• Assist with troubleshooting customer questions and service requests
• Maintain a professional and positive customer experience
• Support the implementation of new client initiatives and campaign strategies
• Identify opportunities to improve campaign performance and customer engagement
