What are the responsibilities and job description for the Physical Therapist position at Spine Specialist Decompression Center?
What You’ll Do
• Perform comprehensive PT evaluations and re-evaluations
• Develop individualized rehabilitation and treatment plans
• Provide therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, mobility, strengthening, and functional rehabilitation
• Treat patients with spinal, orthopedic, and musculoskeletal conditions
• Work with personal injury and motor vehicle accident patients
• Monitor outcomes and modify treatment plans based on patient progress
• Maintain thorough and timely clinical documentation
• Collaborate with our chiropractic and healthcare team to provide coordinated care
What We’re Looking For
• Active Texas Physical Therapist license
• DPT or accredited Physical Therapy degree
• Strong orthopedic and musculoskeletal clinical skills
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
• Professional, dependable, and patient-centered approach
• Personal injury/MVA experience is a plus
Position: Independent Contractor / 1099
Location: Houston, Texas
Schedule: Flexible
Compensation: Competitive — based on experience and contract structure
