Customer Service/Help Desk - Work From Home
Must reside in Licking County or surrounding areas
DAY SHIFT - NO WEEKENDS! ALL equipment provided.
You will BE FULLY TRAINED to take calls from Teachers & assist them with their questions related to online testing of their students. NO COLD CALLS, NO OUTBOUND CALLING. All calls come to you! This excellent company handles testing for students across the USA.
What you need to qualify -
- MUST have home internet capability
- Typing is only 35 WPM
- Must feel proficient with Microsoft Excel
- Must have a kind, helpful personality
