Solution IT Inc. is looking for Salesforce AI Administrator for one of its clients at Naperville, IL / Hybrid
Job Title: Salesforce AI Administrator
Required Skills:
- Experience - 7 to 8 years SFDC experience as Admin and Development
- Configure and manage Salesforce security, users, profiles, permission sets, objects, fields, page layouts, and Lightning apps.
- Build advanced automations using Flow, Approval Processes, validation rules, assignment rules, and escalation workflows.
- Develop custom solutions using Apex, SOQL/SOSL, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce as needed.
- Design and support integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware tools, and data management utilities.
- Create advanced reports, dashboards, and analytics to support business insights and performance tracking.
- Manage deployments, environments, testing, and production support following Salesforce best practices.
- Configure and optimize Salesforce AI features such as Einstein, Next Best Action, Bots, and AI-driven insights.
- Ensure AI readiness through strong data quality, governance, security, and responsible AI usage.
Work Site: Naperville, IL (Onsite 3 days a week - Tue, Wed and Thur)
Duration: 6 months
