The Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for overseeing the full-cycle recruitment process to attract, hire, and retain top healthcare talent. This role will manage a team of Talent Acquisition Partners to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies, collaborate with hiring managers, and ensure a seamless candidate experience. The ideal candidate will have experience in healthcare recruitment, strong leadership skills, and a data-driven approach to talent acquisition.
What You'll Do
Who You Are:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, human resources or related field or related experience required.
Licensure/certification
PHR or HR Certification preferred.
Experience
Ten (10) years of directly related Talent Acquisition experience required.
Knowledge
Demonstrated management experience preferred.
Knowledge of State and Federal laws governing employment activities, such as FLSA, EEO, ADA, FMLA, Title Seven and employment security.
Skills
Proficient computer skills, including use of Microsoft Office Suite products (Excel, Word, Access) and use of data manipulation tools.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Abilities
Demonstrated experience developing recruitment strategies for hard-to-fill, high turnover positions, preferably in a healthcare environment.
Experience managing a team of recruiters (both local and remote). Ability to work independently and take initiative.
Ability to plan work, organize tasks, and delegate to others effectively.
Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing and establish a cooperative, collaborative working environment. Effective problem solving and decision-making skills.
Excellent customer service skills.

What You'll Do
- Lead and manage the talent acquisition team to ensure efficient and effective hiring processes.
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to meet workforce needs and organizational goals.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create targeted recruitment plans.
- Oversee job postings, sourcing strategies, and candidate outreach efforts.
- Enhance employer branding initiatives to attract top talent in the healthcare industry.
- Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms to streamline recruitment operations.
- Monitor recruitment metrics and provide data-driven insights to improve hiring outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and internal policies.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, including educational institutions and professional organizations.
- Performs recruitment for Director and above clinical and non-clinical positions; holds a book of business as required.
- Collaborates with Director, Talent Acquisition to develop and implement key recruitment initiatives, and recruitment strategies such as advertising, on-boarding, compliance, HR metrics, workforce initiatives and employee satisfaction for their assigned area of responsibility.
