Solution Now Law Firm is hiring new case managers! (Remote, full-time)

Job Responsibilities
- Communicate with clients via phone, text, or email about their treatments
- Work closely with the attorneys to discuss the case strategy
- Work closely with legal assistants on scheduling appointments and collecting/reviewing medical records
Job Requirements
- At least three years of experience as a case manager at a personal injury law firm
- Must be able to handle both PD and BI
- Must be able to handle multiple cases (50-100) on an ongoing basis
- Must have strong computer skills - Word, PDF, Gmail, Excel, etc.
- Bilingual is a plus
