Location: Barstow, CA

Setting: Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Structure: Full-time or Part-time available

Compensation: $50-$55/hr. (Depending on experience)

wWe are seeking a compassionate and skilled Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team within a structured Intensive Outpatient Program. Key Responsibilit

• iesProvide individual, family, and group therapy using trauma-informed, evidence-based modalities (e.g., EMDR, DBT, CBT, TF-CBT, Somatic therapie
• s).Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments, diagnostic evaluations, and risk assessmen
• ts.Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in alignment with program standards and client nee
• ds.Facilitate structured therapeutic groups focused on trauma recovery, emotional regulation, relapse prevention, and coping skill developme
• nt.Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, case managers, nurses, and support staff, to coordinate and deliver integrated ca
• re.Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including progress notes, treatment plans, and discharge summaries, in compliance with state and program requiremen
• ts.Participate in clinical meetings, case consultations, and ongoing professional development activiti
• es.Provide crisis intervention, safety planning, and de-escalation support as need

Qualificat
