Role Overview
Soluna Fitness is seeking a creative, detail-oriented Social Media & Brand Coordinator to help establish and grow our digital presence while supporting overall brand development. This role will manage social media content and assist with visual branding elements to ensure consistency across all platforms and marketing materials.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and schedule content for Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant platforms
- Capture and edit photo/video content highlighting classes, gym floor, recovery services, and facility atmosphere
- Develop monthly content calendars aligned with promotions, events, and brand goals
- Write engaging captions that reflect Soluna Fitness's voice, tone, and values
- Monitor comments and messages and engage with the community in a timely manner
- Track basic analytics and provide performance insights and recommendations
Branding & Creative Support
- Assist with maintaining brand consistency across social media, website, and marketing materials
- Support the development and refinement of brand assets such as:
- Logo variations and usage
- Flyers, digital promotions, and in-house signage
- Color palette and typography guidelines
- Create simple marketing materials using tools like Canva or Adobe Express
- Collaborate with ownership to ensure all visuals align with Soluna Fitness's aesthetic and positioning
Qualifications
- Experience managing social media accounts for a business or brand (fitness/wellness preferred)
- Strong understanding of Instagram and short-form video content
- Basic graphic design and editing skills (Canva required; Adobe tools a plus)
- Creative eye for branding, aesthetics, and storytelling
- Organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently
- Ability to thrive in a startup or growing business environment
Nice to Have
- Experience with fitness, wellness, recovery, or lifestyle brands
- Familiarity with class-based fitness content (yoga, Pilates, group training)
- On-camera comfort or experience directing content shoots
- Knowledge of paid social advertising (not required)
