Job Description
As a Sr Production Planner here at Solstice Advanced Materials, you will lead production planning for internal filling and packaging operations as well as third-party tolling operations, including distribution planning and order fulfillment. This role aligns weekly schedules with the long-term supply strategy established by Global Supply Planners and drives on-time delivery for external customers. The position partners closely with operations, procurement, customer service, logistics, finance, product management, and commercial teams to resolve issues that affect material flow and customer demand fulfillment.
This is a hybrid position working from our Baton Rouge, LA facility.

Compensation
The annual base salary for this position is $82k-$103k. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Key Responsibilities
- Lead monthly capacity planning for site operations, identify constraints, and coordinate alternatives to support the demand forecast based on equipment and labor availability
- Provide site controllership with a 12-month volume plan by product based on capacity and demand assumptions
- Develop detailed supply plans by product for a rolling 13-week horizon across internal packaging operations, external tollers, and distribution transfers for components and finished goods
- Drive on-time order fulfillment by ensuring material availability, resolving delivery creation issues, and coordinating closely with logistics
- Investigate service misses and lead root cause analysis and corrective actions for on-time delivery issues at assigned locations.
- Provide Finance with shipment timing updates to support accurate monthly revenue recognition
- Maintain accurate and balanced planning data in SAP, including MRP and APO SNP, and resolve system exception messages in a timely manner
- Perform SAP transactions and data entry for purchase orders, planned orders, stock transport orders, and plan-versus-actual postings
- Drive weekly schedule attainment with both internal and external operations teams
- Partner with the Global Supply Planner to maintain and optimize planning master data
- Partner with product management to support product allocation decisions for customer orders when needed
YOU MUST HAVE
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in production planning or scheduling
- SAP experience
- Experience operating in a constrained supply or allocation environment
- Experience in chemical operations or manufacturing
- Inventory control experience is preferred
- Six Sigma Green Belt certification
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, engineering, or related field
