Mission description
This position is accountable for the development and implementation of an effective planning, forecasting, and allocation strategy to support the company's business objectives. Primarily responsible for the planning of approximately 4,000 items, including finished goods. Maintains a dynamic demand profile and production plan through monthly forecasting techniques utilizing SOP, forecast transfers and daily MRP runs. Communicates with various functional leaders to guarantee smooth efficient operations and delivery of products to primary locations. Performs related duties as assigned by supervisor.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS To accomplish this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. APICS certification or currently pursuing certification. REASONING ABILITY Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variable.
