In this role you will report directly to our Maintenance Manager, and you’ll work out of our Geismar, LA location.

The annual base pay range for this position is $61,121-$76,452. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Qualifications
YOU MUST HAVE
- Current CWI Certification
- General knowledge of Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) methods and related disciplines
- Ability to perform X-Ray film interpretation
- Proficiency in creating, maintaining, and managing various Microsoft Excel spreadsheets
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word
- General knowledge and interpretation of applicable ASME Codes and Standards
- Experience reviewing Welding Documentation, including WPS, PQR, and WPQ
- Ability to review and interpret Weld Maps and Welding Symbols
- A Strong understanding of and ability to read, interpret, and follow all Site Operating Procedures and Piping Specifications
- Adhering to all Plant and OSHA safety standards
- Skills in proper communication with Contracting and Client Personnel
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related field
- Experience in a leadership role within a manufacturing setting.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and practices.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
