Job Description
As a Production Worker here at Solstice, you will play a vital role in the manufacturing process, ensuring that products are assembled efficiently and meet quality standards. Your contributions will directly impact the success of our operations and the satisfaction of our customers.
You will report directly to our Production Supervisor and you’ll work out of our Colonial Heights, VA location.
In this role, you will impact the production line by producing high quality products and services for our customers. You will manufacture and inspect product to ensure the highest quality product is provided to our customers. You will be responsible for your work area to ensure the safe and efficient operation of the area. You will set up and monitor the production of product in your area and participate in the continuous improvement process at the site to address safety, production and quality improvements.

Compensation
QUALIFICATIONS
Starting Pay for this role is $23 per hour. After 11 weeks of training pay will increase to $23.50. It will increase to $24 after six months and full rate after 12 months, which would be $27.88.

YOU MUST HAVE
- High School Diploma
- Ability to work rotating shifts and overtime in a 24/7 manufacturing facility
- Demonstrated ability to meet safety, quality and production targets while semi-independently operating a manufacturing asset
- Experience interfacing with software systems for equipment operation, inventory control and quality control
- Analyze, incorporate and apply new information and concepts
- Complete work, follow up and appropriate reporting on responsibilities
- Focus on important information and identify key details
- Troubleshooting skills.
- Good coordination, motor skills, and dexterity
- Creative thinking and idea generation.
