Compensation
The annual base salary range for this position is $86,500-105,000. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Solstice considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.

Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of assembly line workers and production staff to meet daily production goals.
- Monitor manufacturing processes to ensure compliance with safety, quality, and efficiency standards.
- Operate and oversee the use of forklifts, power tools, hand tools, and other equipment necessary for production tasks.
- Conduct regular inspections of machinery and equipment, performing basic troubleshooting and coordinating maintenance as needed.
- Train new employees on operational procedures, safety protocols, and proper use of tools and equipment.
- Maintain accurate production records and report on performance metrics to management.
- Enforce safety policies within the manufacturing facility, promoting a culture of safety awareness among team members.
- Proven experience in a manufacturing or factory environment.
- Mechanical knowledge related to factory machinery, hand tools, power tools, and equipment maintenance.
- Experience operating material handling equipment and familiarity with overall manufacturing environment is preferred.
- Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
- Effective communication skills to lead teams and coordinate with counterpart supervisors across all shifts.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot mechanical issues promptly.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in record keeping and process monitoring.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining safety standards.
- Prior experience in manufacturing facility with supervision experience is highly desirable. This position offers an opportunity to lead a dedicated team within a dynamic manufacturing setting while contributing to the continuous improvement of operational efficiency.
YOU MUST HAVE
- Bachelor's Degree in related field or 6 years of manufacturing experience
- 1-3 years of leadership experience
- 6-10 years manufacturing experience
- Experience in Leadership role
- Ability to lead, drive change and influence others
- Ability to manage multiple and conflicting priorities.
- Six Sigma training or certification
- Requires high level of independent judgment, discretion, and problem-solving skills. Must be self-motivated.
- The ability to work effectively with others and demonstrate a positive teamwork approach is required.
- Must be adaptable and flexible to changing work environment and priorities while maintaining productivity/through-put requirements
