Entry-Level Appointment Setter

Full-Time | Field-Based | Commission-Based | No Previous Sales Experience Required

Are you outgoing, motivated, and comfortable meeting new people? SolQ is looking for Entry-Level Appointment Setters to join our field sales team.

This is an opportunity to build valuable communication and sales skills while speaking directly with homeowners in local neighborhoods. You’ll introduce SolQ’s services, learn about homeowners’ needs, and schedule appointments for our sales team.

No previous sales experience is required. We provide training and support to help you learn the role and develop your skills.

What You’ll Do

• Speak with homeowners in assigned neighborhoods and introduce SolQ’s services

• Have friendly, professional conversations to learn about homeowners’ needs and interests

• Explain the purpose of the appointment and answer basic questions

• Identify qualified prospects and schedule appointments for the sales team

• Build rapport and maintain a positive experience during each interaction

• Respond professionally to questions or objections

• Keep accurate records of prospect information and scheduled appointments

• Stay organized and consistently work toward daily activity and appointment goals

• Represent SolQ professionally while working in the community

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older

• Must be authorized to work in the United States

• Mobile device for work-related communication and scheduling

• Comfortable working outdoors and walking through residential neighborhoods

• Ability to work full-time in a field-based environment

Compensation

This is a commission-based position, with earnings tied to individual performance.

Top-performing representatives may earn approximately $100,000–$350,000 annually. Actual earnings will vary based on individual performance, appointment activity, and other factors.

Work Arrangement
