Pay: $20.00/hour performance-based bonuses

Position Overview

We’re looking for an outgoing and dependable Events Agent to represent Renewal by Andersen at retail locations, community events, and promotional activations. In this role, you’ll connect with homeowners, introduce them to our products and services, schedule free in-home consultations, and track leads and activity.

You’ll spend most of your time working promotional events and speaking directly with homeowners. No sales experience is required. We provide paid training to help you feel confident in the role. We’re looking for someone who communicates well, enjoys meeting new people, and takes pride in representing the Renewal by Andersen brand professionally.

Responsibilities

• Staff retail locations, booths, and community events
• Engage homeowners in friendly, professional conversations
• Educate customers about Renewal by Andersen products and services
• Schedule qualified free in-home consultations
• Represent the Renewal by Andersen brand in a positive and professional way
• Assist with event setup and teardown
• Track leads and activity using a tablet or smartphone

Qualifications & Skills

• Outgoing and comfortable speaking with new people
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable and punctual work ethic
• Dependable and comfortable working independently
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
• Valid driver’s license
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to pass a background check
• High school diploma or GED
