NPI Program Manager

Qualifications:

• 5-10 years working in Program, Projects, or Customer Service environment within CM (Contract Manufacturing) or similar environment
• Good working knowledge of CM technology, specifically circuit board assembly (SMT and Through-Hole)
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Excellent communication skills with emphasis on customer service for both email and telephone
• Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks
• Ability to multitask and work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Must be organized with excellent interpersonal skills
• Above average computer skill knowledge (MS Office: Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Good team leadership skills with demonstrated ability to achieve goals utilizing others
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English well enough to effectively accomplish the job

Responsibilities:

• Serve as primary customer contact providing accurate, prompt, professional, and courteous service in accordance with Sales Order delivery commitments and Manufacturing Service Agreements
• Work with Sales, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Materials to ensure necessary customer documentation is obtained, properly stored, and distributed per established procedures
• Quote Bill of Materials, purchase materials once PO is received, and work with customers to identify problem parts and possible solutions (alternate parts)
• Support customer ECOs managing both implementation and associated impact in terms of delivery and cost, and establish and change production priorities through maintenance of Sales Order delivery dates
• Chase down shortages based on shortage reports, put kits together after receipt from vendors, and establish communication processes with assigned accounts to maintain customer satisfaction
