Qualifications:
- 5-10 years working in Program, Projects, or Customer Service environment within CM (Contract Manufacturing) or similar environment
- Good working knowledge of CM technology, specifically circuit board assembly (SMT and Through-Hole)
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Excellent communication skills with emphasis on customer service for both email and telephone
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks
- Ability to multitask and work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Must be organized with excellent interpersonal skills
- Above average computer skill knowledge (MS Office: Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Good team leadership skills with demonstrated ability to achieve goals utilizing others
- Must be able to read, write, and speak English well enough to effectively accomplish the job
Responsibilities:
- Serve as primary customer contact providing accurate, prompt, professional, and courteous service in accordance with Sales Order delivery commitments and Manufacturing Service Agreements
- Work with Sales, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Materials to ensure necessary customer documentation is obtained, properly stored, and distributed per established procedures
- Quote Bill of Materials, purchase materials once PO is received, and work with customers to identify problem parts and possible solutions (alternate parts)
- Support customer ECOs managing both implementation and associated impact in terms of delivery and cost, and establish and change production priorities through maintenance of Sales Order delivery dates
- Chase down shortages based on shortage reports, put kits together after receipt from vendors, and establish communication processes with assigned accounts to maintain customer satisfaction
Salary : $70,000 - $100,000
