About the Job:
We are seeking experienced recruiting professionals to join our growing team in Santa Clara, CA.
This position is 5 days on-site, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM.
Job Duties
- Continuously develop candidate sources by utilizing Boolean search tools, social media, attending networking events, etc.
- Conducts interviews to qualify and match multiple candidates to appropriate job orders
- Consistently follow up with hiring managers and candidates in scheduling phone and on-site interviews
- Build and maintain relationships with current and prospective engineering talents
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required or AA degree 4 years of relevant experience
- Minimum 2 years of recruiting experience
- Must be from a staffing, payrolling or workforce consulting firm
- Must come from mid-high volume outreach environment
- Ability to build strong relationships with account managers, hiring managers, and other recruiters
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of ATS and CRM applications is a plus
- Proven ability to deliver and achieve results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Salary
- Base salary ranges from $50,000 - $65,000/year uncapped commission
