EHS Supervisor

Employee Health & Safety Supervisor will lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of workplace health and safety programs across our operations. This role is critical in supporting our growth by building scalable safety systems, fostering a strong safety culture, and ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and oversee employee health and safety programs that scale with company growth.
• Foster a proactive safety culture by training, coaching, and empowering employees at all levels
• Partner with cross-functional teams to embed safety into daily practices.
• Collect, track, and analyze safety metrics to identify trends and drive continuous improvement
• Lead incident investigations, root cause analyses, and corrective action planning.
• Maintain compliance with OSHA and other relevant regulatory standards.
• Support the development of policies and procedures that align with a growing, fast-paced operation.
• Act as the point of contact for safety audits, inspections, and regulatory agencies.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3–5 years of health and safety experience, preferably within manufacturing, food production, or CPG.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and best practices in workplace health and safety.
• Experience in scaling safety programs during periods of rapid company growth.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
• Proven ability to balance compliance requirements with practical, business-focused solutions.
