Role Description The Vice President Sales Marketing is a full-time, on-site leadership role based in Boca Raton, FL. This role is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to launch and grow Solomon’s Palace and Chateaus in domestic and international markets. Day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing sales operations, managing key accounts, guiding business development initiatives, and leading the creation of integrated marketing campaigns that drive awareness, reservations, and property sales. The role will collaborate closely with executive leadership and project stakeholders to refine value propositions, set revenue targets, and ensure brand consistency across all channels. The Vice President will also build and mentor a high-performing sales and marketing team, analyze performance metrics, and adjust strategies to achieve sustainable growth.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated expertise in Sales and Sales Management, with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets in hospitality, real estate, or luxury brands.
- Strong background in Account Management and Sales Operations, including pipeline management, forecasting, and performance reporting.
- Proven Business Development experience, particularly in identifying new markets, strategic partnerships, and investor relationships.
- Ability to design and lead marketing initiatives that align sales goals with brand positioning and customer experience objectives.
- Experience building and leading cross-functional teams, with inclusive leadership and effective stakeholder communication skills.
- Advanced analytical skills and proficiency with CRM platforms and sales/marketing analytics tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field; advanced degree is an advantage.
- Background in luxury hospitality, resort development, real estate, or similar sectors is highly beneficial.
- Willingness to work on-site in Boca Raton, FL and collaborate closely with executive leadership and project partners.
