- This position is onsite located in Glendale, CA.
- Compensation: $150,000 - $200,000
- Oversee end-to-end payroll operations across multiple jurisdictions and pay groups.
- Ensure timely and accurate payroll execution while adhering to applicable federal, state, and local requirements.
- Coordinate payroll reviews, account reconciliations, and year-end reporting activities, including tax-related filings and documentation.
- Develop, implement, and maintain effective payroll controls, compliance procedures, and audit readiness practices.
- Manage employee equity compensation programs, including stock-based awards and employee purchase plans, while maintaining accurate records.
- Handle equity-related activities such as award issuance, vesting events, exercises, settlements, and adjustments.
- Ensure appropriate tax treatment, reporting, and compliance for equity compensation transactions.
- Assist with financial reporting and reconciliation of stock-based compensation activity and related expenses.
- Stay informed of legislative and regulatory developments affecting payroll and equity administration and recommend necessary updates.
- Bachelor's degree
- 10 years of payroll experience, including team leadership and operational oversight.
- Strong expertise in U.S. payroll tax laws, compliance requirements, and multi-state payroll administration.
- Experience administering equity compensation programs and stock-related transactions a plus
- Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong analytical, reconciliation, and problem-solving capabilities with exceptional attention to detail.
