SEO team works as both an internal agency and an in-house partner. You’ll support reporting, content optimization, audits, and publishing workflows. Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail are essential.
Responsibilities
- Handle daily SEO tasks: keyword research, on-page checks, and light audits.
- Maintain weekly reporting across dashboards, GSC, analytics tools, and rank trackers.
- Update slide decks with performance insights and SEO recommendations.
- Track release/content calendars and support GTM planning.
- Provide SEO copyediting and content optimization feedback.
- Support content launches with CMS updates and metadata adjustments.
- Monitor SEO performance and flag issues.
- Use SEO tools to spot trends, opportunities, and gaps.
- Assist with market and competitive research.
- Document SEO recommendations (Jira tickets, training docs, wikis).
- Collaborate with editorial, marketing, product, copywriting, and international teams.
- Stay current on SEO trends and search behavior.
- 3 years of SEO experience.
- Strong understanding of standard SEO processes and tools.
- Comfortable with analytics; Adobe Analytics is a plus.
- Understanding of search intent and content discovery.
- Familiarity with keyword research tools (SEMrush, GSC) and SEO crawlers (Screaming Frog, Botify).
- CMS experience; WordPress is a plus.
- Comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets.
- Able to interpret trends and summarize insights clearly.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Detail-oriented, curious, and eager to learn.
- Collaborative mindset.
- Interest in entertainment, streaming, or digital content strategy.
