Senior Designer

We’re seeking a Designer with strong digital, print and production experience to support a high-volume stream of production-focused creative work for a short-term remote contract. This role is ideal for a designer who can jump in quickly, deliver high-quality digital and print production assets, and maintain brand consistency across a variety of channels. The Graphic Designer will work on resizing, adapting, and producing assets—including emails, paid media, web banners, direct mail, and related deliverables—while applying strong design fundamentals and a polished visual eye. Approximately 90% of the work will be original creation using existing brand templates. Candidates must bring a strong portfolio demonstrating senior-level design craft, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Produce high-quality digital and print assets and campaigns including emails, web banners, paid media, and direct mail
• Adapt and resize existing creative using brand templates and established visual guidelines
• Create new designs from scratch (approx. 90% of workload) aligned to brand look and feel
• Ensure consistency, accuracy, and craftsmanship across all deliverables
• Collaborate with stakeholders and respond to feedback efficiently
• Manage multiple production tasks and deliver on deadline in a remote environment
• Maintain organization and version control for all production files
  
  
  

Required Qualifications:

• 4 years of experience as a Graphic Designer or Senior Designer
• Strong portfolio showcasing high-quality creative work and clear senior-level design capabilities
• Expertise in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign (required)
• Experience with After Effects is a plus
• Proven ability to execute digital and print production work with speed and precision
• Experience creating assets for email, web, paid media, and direct mail
• Ability to work autonomously and meet deadlines in a remote setting
• Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills
