Our client, a large fashion retail company, is looking for a Jr. Procurement Assistant to join their team! This will be an on-site, temporary role working out of their office in Lyndhurst. The successful candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle a high volume of work.

- Contract Role: 3 months
- Pay: $20-22/hr
- Schedule: Onsite, standard 40 hours per week
- Assist with inventory management
- Maintain and prepare records, proposals, and reports
- Process and submit invoices
- Complete purchase order agreements
- Order store housekeeping and office supplies for vendors
- Manage the team's procurement inbox
- Associate's Degree is preferred, concentration or coursework in supply chain is a plus
- 1 years of purchasing or supply chain experience
- Knowledge of purchase orders, invoicing, or RFPs (Request for Proposal)
- Microsoft Office proficiency (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- ERP system experience is a plus (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- Strong time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
