This is a high-trust, hands-on role that blends operational excellence with strong personal judgment and taste. The principal is an active entrepreneur and investor who splits time between New York City and Jackson Hole. The role includes overseeing 2 residences, full ownership of personal and social calendar and daily lifestyle support. - Salary: 90k Bonus
- Hours: 5 days/week; 6 months remote (winter)
Residences & Household Management
- Oversee two primary residences (NYC and Jackson Hole), ensuring they are fully operational, stocked, and guest-ready
- Manage and coordinate all vendors and contractors as the primary point of accountability
- Coordinate schedules and expectations with household staff and service providers
- Anticipate household needs ahead of the principal’s arrival
- Plan and manage complex domestic and international travel, including itineraries, accommodations, transportation, dining, and activities
- Handle last-minute changes with composure and resourcefulness
- Ensure seamless transitions between residences and travel destinations
- Manage the principal’s personal calendar with thoughtful attention to relationships and timing
- Plan and execute dinners, gatherings, and events of varying scale
- Secure high-demand reservations and access to premier venues
- Build and maintain relationships with hospitality and service contacts
- Oversee wardrobe management and personal shopping across residences
- Source clothing, home goods, and specialty items with a strong sense of quality and taste
- Anticipate preferences and proactively provide recommendations
- Manage day-to-day personal requests, errands, and special projects
- 1–3 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, household manager, or in high-end hospitality or lifestyle management
- Experience supporting a high-demand individual (founder, executive, or UHNW client) preferred
- Strong knowledge of the NYC dining, hospitality, and social landscape; familiarity with Jackson Hole or similar markets is a plus
- Proven ability to manage multiple households, vendors, or service providers simultaneously
- Comfortable balancing high-level coordination with hands-on execution
- Proficiency with modern tools (AI tools, calendar systems, project management platforms, communication tools)
- High level of discretion, organization, and ownership
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and travel as needed
