- Records
- Prep boxes
- Receive/Send out boxes
- QA
- Index box content
- Migrate microfiche files
- Data entry: Update Legal Records Tracker and Iron Mountain Connect
- Maybe migrate NEST files
- Maybe migrate Copyright files (Accuroute)
- Invoices
- Update process documentation
- Manually post one-off invoices (I need to discuss this with Terri.)
- Track invoice and vendor communications with Research
- Post Law Firm Memos
- Document Retrieval
- Must be organized and comfortable with databases and do not need this specific experience but the team utilizes: NetDocs, FileTrail and Accutrac.
- Will be moving documents along with scanning and indexing, but may also do a bit of retrievals as well.
