Our client, a top fashion company headquartered in New York City, is looking for an Invoicing Specialist to join their team! This will be an onsite role supporting for either their Midtown Manhattan or Brookyln locations (to be determined). The successful candidate will be able to handle a large volume of work, possess strong attention to detail, and have prior experience working in the fashion or creative industry! Please no corp-to-corp applicants or third-party agencies. Sub-contracted candidates or candidates that require immediate sponsorship cannot be considered.

Role Overview:
- Contract Role: Temporary support during busy season to catch up on invoicing
- Pay: $25-30 /hr on W2
- Schedule: Fully onsite at either NYC HQ or Brooklyn Office
- Coordinate and submit all invoices accurately and timely utilizing SAP Ariba
- Manage invoice submissions and payments efficiently
- Coordinate with vendors to verify all billing details
- Resolve any questions or discrepancies regarding invoices
- Track expenses to maintain accurate records of spending
- Organize and review all records for completeness and ease of access for reporting and auditing purposes
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related Business concentration is preferred
- 4-5 years' experience in a finance or invoice coordination role
- Prior experience working in a creative, fashion, or studio environment.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (specifically Excel) and familiarity with SAP Ariba
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines
