- Hourly pay rate: $30-35/hr
- Onsite 3-4 days a week, 1-2 days WFH, M-Friday- NYC
- Support seeding and gifting initiatives end-to-end, including talent proposals, logistics, and shipping coordination
- Manage the Sample platform: oversee collection importing, maintain New York sample inventory, and track all talent send-outs
- Provide on-site support for brand photoshoots and talent fittings
- Support execution of influencer contract process in close partnership with in-house Legal, ensuring timely execution and compliance
- Support the influencer team on talent discovery, casting, and vetting — with a strong pulse on the evolving creator landscape
- Compile and prepare influencer recap reports using the Campaign social monitoring platform
- Manage the full invoice lifecycle, including new vendor onboarding and proactive payment status communication
- Deliver logistical support for major brand events, including travel, ground transportation, scheduling, and external bookings (glams, tailors, etc.)
- Maintain up-to-date budgets and track all incoming costs and expenses
- Collaborate closely with PR, merchandising, and events teams to ensure influencer activity is aligned with broader campaign objectives
- Bachelor's degree
- 2 years of experience in influencer marketing, PR, or a related field
- Strong understanding of the creator landscape, including cultural nuances across platforms and talent tiers
- Experience working with influencers across all levels, from micro-creators to VIP talent
- Genuine passion for culture and an active, informed engagement with social media and creator trends
- Deep familiarity with the influencer, entertainment, and fashion industries across social media platforms
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel (required)
