Position Overview
We are seeking an attorney with 2–5 years of experience to join our growing practice. The ideal candidate will have experience in influencer marketing, digital media, or entertainment law and will be comfortable working directly with clients in a fast-paced, high volume, entrepreneurial environment.
Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate influencer marketing agreements, sponsorships, and endorsement deals
- Advise clients on FTC advertising and disclosure compliance
- Counsel clients on intellectual property, licensing, and content usage rights
- Review and advise on platform agreements and digital media contracts
- Provide strategic legal guidance to creators and their teams
Qualifications
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- 2–5 years of legal experience
- Experience with influencer marketing, digital media, entertainment, or advertising law
- Strong drafting, negotiation, and client communication skills
- Knowledge of FTC guidelines and digital advertising regulations
- Active bar membership in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
