- Pay rate: $26.00-$28.66/hr based on experience
- Create and maintain event planning documents including schedules, budgets and logistics.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define event goals, themes, and objectives.
- Coordinate communication, asset requests, and materials as needed.
- Attend key meetings, take notes, contribute to the ideation processes, and ensure appropriate follow through of relevant action items discussed.
- Arrange credentials, accommodations, and general logistics for staff and participants.
- Assist managers with overseeing setup, teardown, and on-site operations during the convention.
- Assist managers with addressing any issues or emergencies that arise during the event.
- Some travel and non-traditional work hours may be required depending on business needs
- Ability to maintain highly confidential information.
- Assist managers with routing materials for approval and other various tasks as needed.
- Exceptional organization skills

- Ability to juggle multiple priorities at once and be flexible as priorities shift
