We are seeking a Desktop Support Engineer to provide hands-on workstation, server, and end-user technology support in a fast-paced enterprise environment. This role focuses on delivering exceptional technical support across headquarters, stores, regional offices, distribution centers, and remote locations while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting expertise, excellent customer service skills, and experience supporting enterprise hardware, software, collaboration tools, and endpoint management platforms. This is an onsite role supporting a Monday–Friday, 1 PM–9 PM shift in Gallatin, TN.

  • Rate Range- $25-31/hr on W2
  • Responsibilities:
  • Provide end-to-end technical support for hardware, software, and enterprise applications across onsite and remote environments
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve workstation, server, and device-related issues efficiently
  • Research, analyze, and resolve technical and procedural incidents using multiple support tools and documented processes
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by supporting employees both virtually and in person
  • Maintain consistent service quality and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction across all support channels
  • Support collaboration and productivity tools including Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Slack, and remote desktop technologies
  • Utilize enterprise support platforms such as ServiceNow, SCCM, JamF, and Nextthink for ticketing, automation, and endpoint management
  • Perform automation and scripting tasks to improve operational efficiency and user experience
  • Escalate complex technical issues appropriately while keeping stakeholders informed of status and resolution progress
  • Work collaboratively with internal IT teams, business partners, and end users to resolve issues quickly and effectively
  • Apply technical knowledge and process expertise to multitask effectively in a high-volume support environment
  • Take ownership of assigned tickets and ensure timely follow-up and resolution


Required Qualifications:

Technical Skills

  • 4–5 years of experience providing desktop support, workstation troubleshooting, and server support in enterprise environments
  • Strong experience troubleshooting computer hardware, software, and endpoint devices
  • Hands-on experience with:
  • ServiceNow
  • SCCM
  • JamF
  • Nextthink or remote desktop assistance tools
  • Zoom
  • Microsoft Teams
  • Slack
  • Automation and scripting tools
  • Experience supporting both onsite and remote users in a corporate environment
  • Strong understanding of desktop operating systems, enterprise applications, and hardware troubleshooting
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve issues across multiple technology platforms and environments

  • Experience supporting retail, distribution center, or enterprise corporate environments
  • Experience with endpoint automation and scripting solutions
  • Knowledge of enterprise collaboration and remote support best practices
  • Familiarity with ITIL processes and enterprise service management practices
