- Pay 36 to 42 hourly
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for technical, engineering, manufacturing, and operations positions
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop recruiting strategies
- Source and engage candidates through LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and other recruiting channels
- Manage multiple high-volume requisitions simultaneously while maintaining quality and speed
- Coordinate interviews and drive candidates through the hiring process efficiently
- Maintain strong communication with candidates and hiring teams throughout the process
- Utilize Greenhouse ATS for pipeline management, tracking, and reporting
- Help ensure an exceptional candidate experience from initial outreach through offer stage
- Prior technical recruiting experience required
- Experience supporting engineering, manufacturing, hardware, aerospace, or operational hiring strongly preferred
- Ability to manage high-volume recruiting in a fast-paced environment
- Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills
- Agency recruiting and/or startup recruiting experience highly preferred
- Experience using Greenhouse ATS preferred
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work onsite in Rockville, MD
