- Temp to Perm
- $60-65k perm salary
- $28HR hour
- Location: Tampa, FL (in-office, 5 days per week
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Business Development team, including calendar management, meeting scheduling, and call preparation
- Maintain and update CRM systems, ensuring data accuracy and reporting support
- Prepare materials for internal and external meetings, including presentations and follow-up communications
- Coordinate logistics and administrative support for conferences, roadshows, and industry events
- Assist with onboarding and organization of client and prospect information
- Facilitate internal communication to ensure timely task completion
- Support special projects and ad hoc administrative tasks as needed
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 3 years of administrative or operational experience, ideally within financial services or a corporate environment
- Strong technical skills and comfort working in a tech-enabled setting
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet time-sensitive deadlines
- Collaborative, service-oriented mindset
