As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Direct Mail & Postal Operations Manager to take ownership of the data-to-mail pipeline and postal strategy behind our campaigns.
Position Overview
We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Account Services Representative to join our growing team and play a key role in our day-to-day operations.
In this position, you’ll be at the center of the action—serving as the primary point of contact for customers while working closely with our production team to bring projects to life. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role where no two days are the same.

Job Responsibilities:
- Communicate daily with customers, account executives, and production teams regarding project status, timelines, changes, and required information
- Gather and verify all job requirements with customers prior to production to ensure accuracy
- Enter detailed job specifications into internal systems and confirm proper scheduling within the production queue
- Coordinate with vendors, production staff, and customers to ensure timely and accurate execution of projects
- Identify and resolve job-related issues by collaborating with internal departments and recommending effective solutions
- Track and reconcile final production runs to ensure accurate documentation for billing purposes
- Participate in daily production meetings and contribute to continuous process improvements
- Maintain and update customer accounts and job records with accurate, current information
- Coordinate with production, warehouse, and shipping teams, as well as carriers, to expedite and track shipments
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the Account Services Manager and Sales team
Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- 1-3 years of experience in Customer Service
- Experience using Microsoft Office suite of products
- Experience in commercial printing a plus
- Must be fluent in English
Pay
- Salary Range: $55,000 - $70,000 (Based on experience)
- Signing Bonus: Available after 6 months
