This role combines office operations and executive support, helping manage logistical details across the company while assisting the executive team with scheduling, travel coordination, and administrative priorities.

What You’ll Do
- Manage day-to-day operations of the LA headquarters, including checking mail and ensuring the office is organized and operational
- Manage calendars, scheduling and organize travel logistics / itineraries
- Coordinate internal leadership meetings, board interactions, and external partner calls
- Prepare agendas, briefing materials, and meeting follow-ups
- Track key action items and help ensure cross-team follow-through
- Coordinate shipping and receiving of company equipment and lead onboarding logistics for new hires
- Support special projects and company initiatives as needed
- Have 4-6 years of experience in office management, operations or executive support
- Are highly organized and detail-oriented
- Anticipate needs before they arise
- Communicate clearly and professionally
- Thrive in fast-moving, startup environments
- Handle confidential information with strong judgment and discretion
- Experience working at a startup or high-growth company
- Experience coordinating investor, board, or partner communications
- Familiarity with workplace tools like Google Workspace, Slack, and calendar systems
