You will play a critical role in driving financial performance and influencing business decisions through deep analysis, forecasting, and cross-functional collaboration. As a trusted finance partner, you will provide data-driven insights that shape both short- and long-term strategy for a rapidly growing food solutions company. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONSThis document in no way states or implies that these are the only duties performed by the Senior Financial AnalystDevelop and maintain detailed financial models to support budgeting, long-range planning, and scenario analysis.Produce monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting packages for executive leadership.Partner with business leaders to understand key financial drivers and deliver actionable insights.Translate complex data into clear, concise financial narratives that influence strategic decisions.Lead variance analysis and business performance reviews across functions and product lines.Act as a trusted advisor to cross-functional teams (Procurement, Sales, Operations, Supply Chain).Develop and deliver KPI dashboards and operational performance metrics.Conduct monthly profitability analysis by plant, product, and customer.Perform manufacturing variance analysis and reporting, highlighting improvement opportunities.Identify and implement process enhancements to improve efficiency, accuracy, and insight generation.Support ad hoc analysis and strategic projects as required.REQUIRED SKILLS, EDUCATION, AND EXPERIENCE Typical qualifications would be:Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Computer Science or related field (MBA, CPA, or CFA a plus).Minimum 5 years’ experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or corporate finance.Advanced analytical and quantitative skills with a strong attention to detail and accuracy.Exceptional ability to communicate financial insights to both finance and non-finance stakeholders.High level of curiosity, ownership, and adaptability in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
