What This Role Looks Like
You’ll be working directly with the founding team on the day-to-day execution that makes a startup run. This is a perfect role for someone who wants lots of variety, ownership, and real hardtech startup exposure.
What You’ll Do
- Set up and maintain our CRM track partner/investor conversations (we use HubSpot)
- Coordinate grants (deadlines, materials, document organization, submission prep)
- Create small systems that make us faster: templates, checklists, workflows
- Be part of key conversations across engineering, partnerships, and fundraising
