Showroom Attendant

Job Overview
Are you someone who naturally makes people feel welcome the moment they walk in the door? We’re looking for a friendly, organized and detail oriented Showroom Attendant to be the face of our company.

At Solid Surface Designs, our showroom is often the first impression customers have and you’ll play a key role in making it a great one.

Responsibilities

• Greet every customer with a warm, welcoming and professional attitude
• Offer refreshments and ensure guests feel comfortable
• Guide customers through the showroom and introduce products
• Ask the right questions to understand their project needs
• Help connect customers with the appropriate Project Manager
• Keep the showroom clean, organized and visually appealing
• Maintain displays, samples, labeling and overall presentation
• Ensure common areas, including restrooms, are guest ready

What we're looking for

• Friendly, outgoing and professional demeanor
• Strong communication and people skills
• Highly organized with attention to detail
• Self-motivated and able to stay productive during slower periods
• Comfortable asking questions and engaging with customers
• Retail, hospitality or customer service experience is a plus
