Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in San Diego, CA but requires travel to Orange County, Los Angeles and Occasionally other state, for a TikTok Specialist & Content Creator. The selected candidate will be responsible for creating engaging TikTok videos, developing growth strategies, managing and analyzing TikTok campaigns, and staying updated on the platform’s latest trends. The Specialist will also collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to align content with the brand’s goals and audience preferences while managing posting schedules and monitoring engagement metrics to optimize performance.
Qualifications
- Strong video production and editing skills, including proficiency in using video editing software
- Creative thinking and expertise in TikTok-specific content creation and viral trends
- Experience with social media marketing, including campaign development and platform analytics
- Ability to develop content strategies and maintain consistent brand messaging
- Strong verbal communication and storytelling skills
- Knowledge of general marketing principles such as audience targeting and engagement optimization
- Familiarity with emerging digital platforms and willingness to experiment with new creative formats
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
- Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team in a fast-paced on-site environment
