- Coordinating with field teams, vendors, and subcontractors
- Supporting public-sector and prevailing wage projects

- Familiarity with public-sector or prevailing wage projects
Software Experience
Experience with some or all of the following is preferred:
- Trimble estimating platforms
- BlueBeam
- Revit
- Construction coordination software
Ideal Background
- Former plumber or hands-on field experience strongly preferred
- Plumbing license is a plus, but not required
- Local New England market knowledge is highly valued
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary commensurate with experience
- Profit sharing program
- 90% employer-paid health insurance
- PTO negotiable based on experience
- Stable daytime schedule
- Limited hybrid flexibility available
Why This Opportunity?
- A longstanding company backed by decades of industry experience
- Interesting, technical projects — no repetitive “cookie-cutter” work
- Tight-knit team environment
- Direct access to leadership and decision makers
- Long-term career opportunity with a respected contractor
If you’re an experienced estimator who understands both the office and field side of mechanical construction, this could be an excellent long-term fit.
