Project Manager – Heavy Civil Construction
Location: Cape Canaveral, FL
Experience: 5–8 Years
We are seeking an experienced Heavy Civil Project Manager to oversee earthwork, underground utility, and site development projects in the Cape Canaveral area. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of civil construction operations, project financials, scheduling, and team coordination.
Responsibilities- Manage projects from preconstruction through completion
- Oversee budgets, schedules, forecasting, and change orders
- Coordinate with Superintendents, field teams, subcontractors, and owners
- Review plans, specifications, and project requirements
- Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget
- 5–8 years of heavy civil construction experience
- Experience with earthwork, mass grading, underground utilities, and site development
- Strong understanding of project cost control, scheduling, and client management
- Ability to read and interpret civil plans and specifications
- Experience with HCSS, AGTEK, and/or Bid2Win preferred
- Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred
