Solid Rock is working with a highly respected civil litigation defense law firm who is seeking a full-time Associate with 3–8 years of experience in insurance defense/liability defense. Responsibilities:
- Manage a full caseload of general, employment, and professional liability defense matters
- Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery responses
- Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda
- Appear in court and handle depositions with substantial independence
- Communicate promptly and effectively with clients
Qualifications:
- Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
- Proven ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team
- Excellent communication and client management skills
