Civil Litigation Attorney - Insurance Defense & Tort Litigation

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct depositions and attend court conferences.
- Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery responses.
- Interact directly with clients, adjusters, and opposing counsel.
- Negotiate settlements and manage cases from inception to resolution.
Requirements
- Admission to the Connecticut Bar (required).
- 2-5 years of experience in insurance defense and tort litigation.
- Excellent academic credentials.
- Strong analytical, writing, and communication skills.
- Self-motivated, hardworking, and proactive, with a high level of client service.
