Litigation Attorney (5 Years) – Plaintiff Personal Injury
I’m currently partnering with a well-established personal injury firm in Springfield, Massachusetts that is actively looking to add an experienced litigation attorney to their team.
This is a strong opportunity for an attorney who wants to be part of a high-performing litigation group and continue developing advanced skills in depositions, case strategy, and trial work.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing a caseload from intake through resolution
- Developing and executing litigation strategy
- Drafting and overseeing pleadings, discovery, and motion practice
- Taking and defending depositions
- Negotiating settlements
- Participating in trial preparation and jury trials
- Utilizing tools like focus groups to strengthen case outcomes
- Working closely with senior attorneys and firm leadership
What They’re Looking For
- 5 years of litigation experience (personal injury preferred)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines
- Comfortable handling cases with a high level of autonomy
