Commercial Litigation Attorney

We’re working with a well-regarded firm that’s looking to bring on a 3–5 year commercial litigation associate. This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys a mix of complex commercial disputes and white-collar matters, along with exposure to employment, cannabis, securities, class actions, trade secret cases, and corporate dissolution/oppressed minority shareholder litigation.What the role looks like:You’ll be involved in a wide range of litigation work, drafting motions and briefs, handling discovery, attending hearings, helping with investigations, and getting more responsibility as you grow. The cases are interesting, often fast-moving, and give you a chance to work directly with partners who value initiative and good judgment.What they’re looking for:3–5 years of experience in commercial litigationStrong writing skills and comfort handling motion practice and discoverySomeone who can manage multiple matters and stay organizedBar admission in NJ required. Salary : $140,000 - $250,000
