What Youâll Do
- Prepare competitive, accurate estimates using Accubid (preferred) or similar software
- Manage awarded projects from kickoff to closeout, ensuring budget, schedule, and quality targets are met
- Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and field crews
- Oversee change orders, RFIs, submittals, and progress reporting
- Deliver projects that build trust, repeat business, and pride in craftsmanship
- Experience: 5 years in electrical construction estimating and project management (commercial, institutional, light industrial)
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Accubid estimating software (preferred)
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of electrical constructionânot low voltage
- Leadership: Track record of taking full ownership of projects, from bid to completion
- Work Style: Dependable, team-oriented, and accountable in a family-style environment
- Work on meaningful projects (average ~$500K, no mega-jobs over $2M)
