What You'll Do:
- Handle a broad range of litigation matters from complex commercial disputes to personal injury claims
- Manage discovery, depositions, client communications, and court appearances
- Draft pleadings, motions, and legal memoranda
- Support trial preparation and participate in trial proceedings
- Work directly with experienced litigation partners and clients across the country
What We're Looking For:
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Active admission in Connecticut (required); additional bar admissions are a plus
- 2-6 years of relevant civil defense litigation experience
- Excellent research, writing, and case management skills
- Knowledge of state and federal litigation procedures
- A proactive, motivated, and team-oriented mindset
