Civil Engineer - Site/Land Development

We’re representing a well-established civil engineering firm in Indianapolis seeking a Civil Engineer to support site development and water resource projects across commercial, residential, and municipal markets.

Role Highlights

• Design site layouts, grading, utilities, and stormwater systems

• Perform hydrologic/hydraulic modeling and prepare construction documents

• Coordinate with architects, surveyors, municipalities, and internal teams

• Contribute to reports, permitting, and project execution

What You Need

• BS in Civil Engineering

• 2–10 years in civil/site or water resource design

• Experience with Civil 3D and drainage modeling tools

• Strong communication and project coordination skills
