Assistant Project Manager | Multifamily Mechanical Construction

A leading mechanical contractor in the Dallas market is hiring an Assistant Project Manager to support large-scale multifamily construction projects. This is a strong opportunity for someone with mechanical construction experience who wants more project ownership and a defined path into Project Management.
• Support multifamily mechanical projects from preconstruction through closeout, with a focus on HVAC and plumbing scopes
• Assist with project schedules, budgets, submittals, RFIs, change orders, procurement, forecasting, and subcontractor coordination
• Work closely with Project Managers, Superintendents, field teams, general contractors, vendors, and project stakeholders
• Help track project costs, manpower, materials, equipment, milestones, and overall project performance

Ideal background includes 2 years of commercial or multifamily construction experience. Mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, or MEP experience is preferred.
